Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. These items must be returned as arrived within 14 days of receiving the package as per the shipping delivery status.
To be eligible for exchanges or returns due to items damaged in transit or in the event you receive the wrong item, you must email your order number and images of the defect to ghostwritermerch@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving the item and describe the issue you have. Once we review and approve, we’ll promptly replace the item. If the same item is no longer available, we’ll refund the purchase price of your item.
If your item(s) are lost in transit, we will do our best to work with the carrier to find the items and will be in contact with you if they have not arrived within the designated time period.
